Owner Miriam Novalle will discuss the ways in which tea is beneficial for your health and the sustainability of the environment as well as her travel experiences. We will have a selection of fruits, cheeses, teas and will even get to experiment and give feedback on the new tea cocktails! Please forward this to your friends who may be interested in attending but have not yet registered. Miriam will speak at 7pm, so don't miss it!
The T Salon in Chelsea Market serves organic tea and food, utilizes compostable corn plastic take-out ware and is finely decorated with bamboo and non-toxic biodegradable and recyclable soy ink.
